- Where do I start. I used to be pretty good on the bike and rock and ice but the years, kids, wife and job have made my outdoor time less than a priority. At 45 I'm pursuing a new committment to really experiencing the things I love for all the right reasons. Have some friggin fun and get outside and stay young and fit. I'm a pe4rsonal trainer so I really have no excuse for not being in the best shape a guy could want, but iM afraid that the job itself leaves me so wasted by the end of the day that I fail to get my own workouts done. my energy bucket is definitely NOT what it used to be. AANYWAY...... Im doing this for a bit of accountability and someday may make some connections for partners. Please feel free to contribute if you want!
