0 for 1

Got up late. By then the kids and wife were up and my plans and piles of crap I had packed were no longer important. The key to this is to leave before you go to bed. Sleep later. The motivation took a serious hit at 3 when the alarm went off. Could hear gale force winds through the walls and went back to sleep. As it turned out the weather was full on winter and the wind wasw blowing at 50mph. My 1:30 road ride was brutal enough. Any way............... Im 0 for 1 and feeling way less than tough.................................NEXT

Where do I start. I used to be pretty good on the bike and rock and ice but the years, kids, wife and job have made my outdoor time less than a priority. At 45 I'm pursuing a new committment to really experiencing the things I love for all the right reasons. Have some friggin fun and get outside and stay young and fit. I'm a pe4rsonal trainer so I really have no excuse for not being in the best shape a guy could want, but iM afraid that the job itself leaves me so wasted by the end of the day that I fail to get my own workouts done. my energy bucket is definitely NOT what it used to be.
